i am sorry for not posting ANYTHING for 4 weeks - i have been a little overwhelmed with fixing up my house with her things and cleaning it and making her happy and . . . well, just getting used to life with a little one
from the moment she was born, it was obvious how much Heavenly Father loves us, cares for us, wants the best for us and gives us the things we need and yet can handle. there isnt a better way to show it!
as you can tell, she is MY child . . . you know, a little diva just like her mother
ok ok . . . look at that hair! she is definately her fathers child and gets many of her looks from dad - BUT SHE GOT MY DIMPLES AND CUTENESS!!!!
we spent 2 weeks at mothers house . . . and there stayed clean . . . and just loved bathtime!!!! sponge baths wernt so enjoyable because they were cold, but when finally entirely in the world, nostalgic feelings came rushing back!
its the getting out part that brought the tears!!(but you gotta love tha hair . . . yeah!)
and we went to church (but didnt have a sunday dress - oopsy)
but we came home - wearing some of the cute clothes recieved at the shower bethy threw and looking like a little holstein - thanks to the jon and sandy robison family . . . to remind us there is more out there than poultry!
the shower brought many fun gifts! to mention a few there are pics of besides the cow: a kangaroo carrying pouch-y thing and a lavender bumbo!
church in westlake is good too -
finally fit into a dress from frankie hunter -
but i guess i must say goodbye for now . . . those are all the photos taken but we are getting internet in our home and will post more then after we get a picture editing program!
so how about that?! a beautiful flower has bloomed in the carpenter home to brighten her surroundings! what a blessing!
