i have moved down to L.A. and i am getting cushioned in my new ward. kyle and i have found a very reasonable home (although very small, but good for 2.75 people). we havent gotten the internet working there yet, so i feel i am justified in my absence of any info . . . so that will explain no picture in this blog as well.
but all that aside - i have a home with a fabulous yard. the building is teeny, but the yard is huge (though it hasnt lawn)it is terraced up into the mountain with wall-to-wall plants, dad came down to help set up a place to hang out my laundery and he fixed my warsher. kyle has even put plants indoors. this morning kyle called me to hurry to the sliding-glass door where we saw a little doe eating of our foliage. oh, wait - theres two, no three of them! and one just happens to be a little fawn! and there are countless little california quail in our yard as well. we see woodpeckers and hummingbirds and rabbits all the time, not to mention the coyotes. who would have thought this is what los angeles is like . . . there is good and beauty in everything.
as far as Little Carpenter Cousin, we call her Vylette. she is starting to move around and feel real funny in my tummy. the pregnancy is going just great, no complaints here (except maybe about the lack of ample clothing and perhaps the world of advice). kyle and i are very very excited! he will be a fabulous father!
well, i am hoping to figure out how to post my pictures on here (maybe after i get my camara back from moms house) and even if we dont get the internet at home, ill be able to come to the studio and post much much more
ttfn! i love you all!
